The Deltaplex Arena

Last Monday, the Deltaplex Arena hosted the bands, Ghost and Nothing More. 
It was a cool windy evening in Grand Rapids, Michigan; the people waiting in line
could feel it but it didn’t matter.  The workers at the Deltaplex Arena were very
helpful and hospitable to all the concert goers.  

There was a mixture of people in line that were interesting to see.  There were
hard rock fans, metal fans, and then there were people dressed as evil priests
and evil nuns. The priests and nuns were all wearing upside down crosses to
be eye catching.

Soaring Eagle Casino

Mount Pleasant, Michigan

Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort hosted an outdoor concert featuring Five Finger Death Punch, In This Moment, and Fire From The Gods.  The show was on Saturday July 13th, in the evening with a sunny high of 84 degrees with a light wind caressing the concert goers.  While I was packing for the show, I did the Michigan thing... showing my assistant where we are heading on my right hand palm up.

This was the first time in the area as neither of us had ever been in the area before.  When we arrived, there was plenty of parking for everyone to have a good time. The resort and casino is very large to us and is well kept up, clean outside everywhere you looked.

The Venue 20 Monroe Live last Friday hosted The Cult with The War Between.  
It was a perfect day in Grand Rapids, Michigan waiting in line to get was near
70 degrees outside without rain.  It was enjoyable talking to fans while waiting
in line about past concerts they have gone to comparing the ones I have and
have not been to.
