Last Friday night in South Bend was perfect weather for people waiting line at Club Fever.  But Club Fever was about to get a storm.  A sonic storm that was going to melt some faces off.

The storm consisted of Three Days Grace, Young Guns and Romantic Rebel.  My assistant and I took special interest because of the great line-up of three bands we never reported.  At Club Fever the crowd poured in fast to make it to the first opening act.  Some just ready to have a good time and one work friend of mine celebrating his birthday in style, rocking out.

The Intersection, Grand Rapids, Michigan hosted an amazing show last Sunday the 17th of May.  The Intersection is a great venue to get up close and personal with the bands.  Most of the bands do meet and greet before or after their show at their merchandise tables.  Most having a decent deal on cds and shirts.

But for this show The Intersection picked a great lineup of bands to keep the crowd interested in rocking out and having a great time.  My view of the lineup was like riding on a roller-coaster and you are gradually going up higher and higher until you reach the top.

Then the drop is the sonic thrill ride of it all.   The true test of all the bands is to connect with the crowd to a point that the crowd forgets about all worries of bills or working the next day.  And the crowd experiences all the senses stimulated and not just one.

Incite Better Left Unsaid Spades And Blades Fear No Tomorrow Raise Hell on St. Patrick’s Day at Smith’s Tap And Grill Mishawaka, Indiana

Incite raises hell at Smith’s Tap And Grill in Mishawaka, Indiana on Saint Patrick’s day, March 17th.  In support of Incite’s album "UP IN HELL", they raised a little hell bringing with them Better Left Unsaid, Spades And Blades and local band Fear No Tomorrow.  This was a great way enjoy the holiday in Irish country, experiencing great metal and drinking some Guinness beer at the bar with the bands. The reason I call this Irish country is that the University Of Notre Dame is in the neighboring city of South Bend, Indiana.

Smith's Tap And Grill is the perfect venue to go and meet your favorite bands when they play there. When you think of great metal and hear the name Cavalera that makes it a must see concert. Richie Cavalera and his band Incite carries that metal flag with pride.
